Miami, Florida, February 10, 2024 – Integrated Cooling Solutions, a leading commercial and industrial HVAC manufacturers’ representative firm, announced two promotions, expanding its leadership team and investment in the services and parts departments. David Ackerman has been promoted to vice president of the service team and Chase Choate has been promoted to parts manager.
As the leader of ICS’s service team, Ackerman is responsible for the training, development, and management of the company’s service talent and responding to customers’ service needs. He brings nearly four decades of technical experience in HVAC, having joined ICS when it was part of Insight Partners in 2022. Ackerman is focused on looking at technical issues holistically, and ensuring that the service team is adept at managing both the technical and mechanical aspects of the business.
Choate has been part of ICS since 2017 when it was part of Insight Partners, starting out as a project engineer and then moving into the parts department in Orlando. His understanding of our customers’ needs, the way systems are engineered, and his sense of urgency enable him to make the ICS parts group one of the best in the industry. Choate believes that balancing inventory and speed of delivery is key to alleviating customer pain points
