    Finalists are invited to a virtual interview with the position’s hiring manager or relevant team member.
    Designed to provide a detailed look at what working at ICS is like, we’ll discuss:

    • ICS values. What are our core beliefs and how do we put them in action?
    • Our culture. What makes us a unique company and employer?
    • Local team culture. How does this team work together?
    • Job responsibilities. What will your day-to-day be like in this role?
  5. Final Interview

    In this final stage, we want to make sure all your questions are answered. You’ll meet with the hiring manager in person, giving you a chance to dive even deeper into:

    • Expectations for the role: This is your opportunity to clarify any details and ensure that this role aligns with your personal and professional goals.
    • Pulse check: We’ll discuss if the role meets your long-term aspirations and provides the growth opportunities you’re seeking.
  6. Offer Letter

    We’ll extend an offer if we feel you’re the perfect fit for ICS. Depending on the role, this often happens right after your final interview. If the timeline is slightly longer, we’ll stay in touch to keep you updated. We want to be transparent so you always know where you stand.

  7. Welcome to ICS

    New hires usually start two to three weeks after their final offer. We’ll guide you through our onboarding process so your transition into ICS is seamless. During this time, we provide comprehensive training and resources to help you feel prepared, supported, and excited for your new role.
