Brady Spann
Vice President, Sales
Brady Spann is the sales team leader for Integrated Cooling Solutions in South Florida and Jacksonville. In this role, Brady leads the company’s sales team to deliver optimal solutions and the best customer service on every project. He has expertise in key verticals including health care, higher education, K-12, local government, commercial real estate, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals.
As part of the ICS leadership team, Brady propels the company’s strategy and execution for growth through hands-on coaching and training of sales executives. During his 28+ year career, he has earned a reputation for leading with innovative problem-solving, building world-class teams, and delivering profitable growth.
Brady joined the company in 2015 as a sales engineer and played a key role in adding new key accounts and expanding relationships with existing customers. His experience in HVAC equipment sales, services and automation, facility construction and maintenance, and project management propels his success today.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University.
