Jacksonville, FL, December 19, 2023 – Integrated Cooling Solutions, a leading commercial HVAC manufacturers’ representative across the state of Florida announced today that it has acquired Applied Mechanical Equipment, a commercial HVAC equipment and parts supplier with a strong presence in North Florida. Integrated Cooling Solutions is the largest HVAC representative in the state of Florida with eight offices in Miami, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Rockledge, Jacksonville, and Pensacola.
Uniting the expertise, customer relationships, and product lines of AME and ICS will enable the combined organization to deliver enhanced solutions for customers, stronger results for manufacturing partners, and a continued focus on talent development. AME will become part of ICS and adopt Integrated Cooling Solutions as its name going forward.
Established in 1987, AME has been a preferred HVAC equipment supplier for more than 30 years. Some of AME’s marquee projects include work with the University of Florida O’Connell Center, Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Duval County Courthouse, and the Margaritaville Hotel, Jacksonville Beach.
